YPP May Many Mini Mini's Swap

Here are my pages for the group Many Mini Mini's at yourpaperpantry.ning.com/.
For the May swap we were to create a 4x4 page out of chipboard with a mermaid & friends theme. I had to make 11 pages and I will get a mini mini album in return with 11 different pages from 11 different people. I had a little bit of trouble with this but I ended up really liking the finished page. I can not wait to see the completed binded book!!

Another new addiction :-)

Just a quick picture of 9 flowers that I made for a flower swap. This was the May swap for the group Tags Bags over at www.yourpaperpantry.ning.com. These flowers were cut out of white cardstock using a few different cartridges on my cricut. I then glimmer misted them and used 2 coats of UTEE (love this stuff!!)

My new Challenge

A few weeks ago I submitted a few of my mini albums for a new design team and guess what...I was one of the ones chosen. I am so excited to be a part of a DT and hope that it helps to keep me crafting! Check out the website and other designers at http://www.cricutminialbums.com/, they are all so talented! Here is my 1st mini album for the DT.

I made this for my cousin Shawna's gorgeous son Gavin that turned 1 this month. She is a Wonderful photographer and I thought this would be a unique way for her to showcase some of her terrific photos. I made each page to correspond with each month of Gavin's first year also incorporating the seasons/holidays.

I utilized many different paper packs for this mini including, KC & Co, DCWV Prints for the Year and DCWV All about boys. I used my cuttlebug to emboss many of the picture mats, using many different folders. I also incorporated many of my favorite interactive pages, using envelopes or mini paper bags. I used my Cricut to make many of the tags and embellishments including the turkey and skeleton. Thanks for looking and feel free to leave a comment!

Faux Vera Bradley's

These are the purse favors that I made for my DD's 4th bday party next week. As a huge fan of Vera Bradley I was so excited to find out that the only 12x24 paper I could find was this beautiful floral pattern from K & Co. I used TBBM and cut the purse at 10 1/4" on a 12x24 mat. I also used painted chipboard for the initials as well as prima flowers and of course, some bling! I also want to add some Glimmer mist but I didn't have the right color. Let me know what you think. Now to fill them.... :-)
